ThermaSoul Manufacturer’s Warranty

ThermaSoul warrants that our products will function and perform within its specified parameters for 1 year from the date of purchase.

 

What Does This Manufacturer’s Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises due to improper materials or workmanship under regular use and maintenance, ThermaSoul will repair or replace the product or any defective part, free of charge, during the warranty period.

If the device is repaired or replaced, either within or outside the warranty period, we reserves the right to provide parts or replacement in different colors/versions than the original device.

 

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

The manufacturer’s warranty for all products purchased from ThermaSoul is valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase. Any replacement product or part provided will assume the remaining warranty period of the original product.

 

What Is Not Covered by This Warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Negligence, improper maintenance, or unauthorised modifications.

• Damage resulting from natural events.

• Theft or loss of the product

• Commercial use of the product.
